More Pictures from Epstein's Property Disclosed by Democratic Party US Congress Members

Development blueprints for Epstein's private Caribbean island included in the released materials.

Furthermore included in this new document drop is shown to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the American territory.

The financier bought a smaller island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.

The released images reveal he had created ambitious plans to transform the sprawling island by erecting living quarters, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.

Marked on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the territory, noted on the south-eastern section.

The architectural drawing is annotated in notations in red and contains a notes section detailing various parts of the estate.

Alongside this are what seem to be nine other property layouts and engineering blueprints, such as designs for boat shelters.

Further documentation disclosed as part of the ongoing investigative disclosure.
